Greg Hartman

Greg Hartman, Co-Founder of Ironwood Media Solutions, has over twenty years business experience with an emphasis on comprehensive web-based marketing solutions. As a partner in ProScout, the nation's largest model and talent scouting company, Greg successfully drove the company marketing efforts to increase revenue by an average of 35% annually in the company's fifteen year history. An avid entrepreneur, Greg is also a partner in FHP Builders, a residential and commercial real estate developer specializing in authentic adobe construction as well as the ancillary, Old Pueblo Adobe, supplier of adobe building materials.

Lance Shepard

Lance is a founding member of Ironwood Media Solutions as well as a founding member of eDonor, LLC. As Ironwood's lead developer, Lance has been creating web-based systems for over a decade, specializing in data-drive application. He architected and developed systems for multi-million dollar companies that not only provided a public website but also an internal web-based system used to manage the company's entire business.

While at eDonor LLC, Lance was the lead architect, designer and engineer for the eDonor Blood Donation Scheduling engine which is currently used by over 80% of the blood banks in the United State, including The American Red Cross and United Blood Service.

Shawn Harrell, RN, MS

Shawn is the content expert for our health care related applications. She has broad experience in service, education, compliance and quality improvement in a variety of settings in both hospitals and community based health care systems.

She was a charter member of the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association's HIPPA Task Force and developed state wide strategies for HIPPA compliance. She has served on various health related Arizona Governor's Task Forces. Shawn's expertise in facilitating the work of groups with common goals and divergent interest has been key to her success.

Jamon Metz

Jamon was a founding member of the Arizona Republic's online design and marketing team. Jamon has been instrumental in developing the online brands for companies such as the Arizona Cardinals, Boeing, Land Rover, EA Sports and Microsoft XBox.

While attending Arizona State University, Jamon started one of the internet's first social networking websites called, Pubcrawl. Along with business partner, Sean Tierney, Pubcrawl expanded its unique online social event planning application to reach Italy, Mexico and Canada. Pubcrawl was eventually sold to eCorp Ventures.

His passion for creating and marketing businesses online led Jamon to his next business venture, called, The Scene. The Scene is a social networking website that connects people and local places of interest. The Scene was recently sold to Big5 Media. The Scene is now one of the fastest growing websites in the localized social media space.

Susan Hartman

With over twenty years broadcast, print and web-based media experience, Susan brings comprehensive media planning and strategy development to Ironwood Media. As a partner in ProScout, Susan developed and implemented a full-service media department responsible for overseeing millions of annual media dollars.
